'Without Fail' is something that we all want everytime, including learning. So, what makes us retain the 'F' word?
Sure there are systems and designs that can enable every learner to be successful in the area of strength they posses while scaffolding areas of identified weaknesses.
The need is to go beyond merely delivery process change. We must cap delivery innovations with innovative learning objectives-outcome pairing. Unless we include learning objective re-mapping, pedagogy will remain rudderless.Similarly, outmoded evaluation techiques prefixed on innovative delivery mechanism will only result in morbid miscalculations.
To avoid convenient mismatches resorted to by oldtime habits, we must reflect collegially to search for solutions.
